Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tabli. Please read them — by creating an account you agree to them.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. This agreement
Tabli is operated by Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Tabli”, “we”, “us”). These terms form a binding agreement between us and the business or person using the service (“you”). If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tabli. It is a business tool, not a consumer product.
2. Your account
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@tabli.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace and for the permissions you grant them.
3. What Tabli provides
Tabli is software that lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business number and manage a shared inbox, contacts, message templates, broadcasts, automation flows, analytics and billing.
Tabli does not deliver WhatsApp messages. Delivery is performed by Meta over the official WhatsApp Business Platform. We provide the interface, storage, scheduling and automation around it. Message delivery, template approval, quality ratings and messaging limits are decided by Meta, not by us.
4. WhatsApp and Meta obligations
Because your messaging runs on Meta’s platform, you also agree to:
- comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s commerce and business terms;
- obtain valid opt-in before messaging anyone, and keep evidence of it;
- honour opt-outs promptly — Tabli records a STOP reply automatically, and you must not work around it;
- use the number you connect for your own business only, not resell access to it; and
- accept that Meta may restrict, suspend or ban a number or WhatsApp Business Account, and that we cannot overturn those decisions.
Tabli is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Tabli to:
- send spam, or message people who have not opted in or who have opted out;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or misleading content;
- impersonate another person or business;
- run phishing, fraud, or attempts to collect passwords, OTPs, card numbers or bank details under false pretences;
- upload malware, or attempt to breach, overload, probe or reverse engineer the platform;
- share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties; or
- breach any law that applies to you, including data protection and consumer protection law.
We may suspend an account immediately, without notice, where we reasonably believe it is being used this way or where continued use puts our WhatsApp platform access at risk.
6. Fees, credits and taxes
Tabli charges a subscription for the software, and separately passes through the per-message charges that Meta levies for WhatsApp messaging.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Message charges are deducted from a prepaid wallet as messages are sent. If your balance is insufficient, sending stops until you top up.
- Meta sets its own per-message rates and can change them. We pass the current rates through and may update them without notice when Meta does.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Failed messages are not charged, and any amount already deducted for them is credited back to your wallet automatically.
7. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for the period already started. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unused wallet credits are refundable on request within 12 months of purchase, less any payment-gateway fees and taxes already incurred. Credits already spent on delivered messages are not refundable.
- If we suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, unused credits are forfeited.
- Refund requests go to support@tabli.in and are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
8. Data and privacy
You own your data. We process it to run the service and on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
For the personal data of the people you message, you are the data controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for responding to their privacy requests. We will assist you in doing so.
You can export your data at any time while your account is active, and request deletion as set out on our data deletion page.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Tabli available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we depend on third parties — Meta above all — whose outages affect us.
Support is provided by email at support@tabli.in during Indian business hours.
10. Intellectual property
Tabli, its software, design and brand remain our property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, white-label or create a derivative of the platform without our written permission.
Your content, contacts and messages remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
In particular, we are not liable for messages Meta refuses to deliver, for restrictions Meta places on your number or account, for changes Meta makes to its pricing or policies, or for consequences arising from your own breach of the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
12. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails and stays unpaid, or if your use puts our platform access or other customers at risk.
After termination we retain your data for 90 days so you can request an export, then delete or anonymise it, except where the law requires us to keep records.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use Tabli after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, and we will both try to resolve any dispute in good faith before going to court.
